EnquireHow Sirih Circle Works
Bilingual from the start
Sessions run in English and Bahasa Malaysia together, so participants engage in whichever language they find clearer. Written materials match both.
Small, unhurried groups
Groups of ten to fifteen mean there is space for questions and repetition. Nothing moves faster than the room needs it to.
Practical take-home materials
Participants leave with index sheets, glossaries, folder sets and templates they can use immediately at home.
Scope stays clear
We cover document structure, vocabulary and organisation. Substantive legal or financial questions are referred to an appropriately qualified professional, every time.
Data protection covered
The coordination course includes a session on managing family records under published Malaysian data protection requirements.
Written, phone or in person
Enquiries can be made in writing, by phone or face to face at our Jalan Gaya office. No channel is preferred over another.

Common Questions
What is covered in the bilingual records introduction?
The three-hour session covers the documents a Malaysian household ordinarily holds — what each document is, how it is indexed, where the originals should be kept and who ordinarily needs access. It does not cover legal interpretation or financial planning, which remain with appropriately qualified professionals.
Do I need to speak both English and Bahasa Malaysia to attend?
No. Sessions are delivered in both languages at the same time, and written materials are bilingual throughout. Participants comfortable in only one language attend without difficulty. The bilingual format is intended for mixed-language households, not to require fluency in both.
Who is the Extended Family Coordination Course suited to?
It is suited to extended households where several adults across different homes share responsibilities — for example, siblings caring for an older relative, or family members managing a shared property record. The course covers process and record structure. Facilitators do not resolve disagreements or provide legal or financial guidance.
What does the agency consulting engagement include?
The engagement includes a readability audit of existing published materials, bilingual rewriting of forms and notices, user testing with sixty members of the public across three districts, an accessibility review, a publication style guide and four days of staff workshops. It covers clarity and structure of published communication; the substance of the information remains the agency's own. Engagements run five to eight months.
Are sessions recorded or is personal information shared?
Sessions are not recorded. Facilitators observe process and record structure; they do not record the names, family circumstances or personal documents of participants. This is set out in writing before any enquiry form is submitted.
How do I register or find out whether a session is running?
Send a written enquiry through the form below or call +60 88 274 916 during office hours. You may also visit the office at 76 Jalan Gaya. We will provide current dates, group availability and any further information you need before any commitment is made.
